Michael grew up in Nashville. He attended Glencliff High school. After high school he split his college years between Harding University and Lipscomb University. Michael has coached basketball, been the director of the McIver Street location of Youth Encouragement Services and been on staff at churches in Nashville and Richalnd Hills, TX as a minister. Michael is married to Heidi and they have two children Everley and Wrigley.

Miriam McAlister Seidl knows firsthand the power of sports to shape lives and build character. A Division I Basketball player and captain, she is passionate about sharing her love for athletics with children in Nashville. Most importantly though, Miriam recognizes the importance of speaking truth and teaching love to our youth. With the crime crisis that Nashville is facing, it is more important than ever to invest in our city's children and their future, both earthly and eternal. The message of Christ gives hope and brings joy to everyone, and our kids need it now more than ever. Miriam is a wealth manager for Arlington Family Offices in Franklin, TN. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their 1 year old daughter May Pearl and going on family hikes with their german shepherd Chief.
